For a decade now, our family has been on a dedicated journey towards health and wellness. Our days are punctuated with regular fitness routines, and our tables have been graced with plant-based meals for the past five years. Chad and Jessi, always eager to understand the mysteries of longevity, often immerse themselves in related books. A daily ritual for all of us has been the intake of at least a multivitamin. However, this past year brought about introspection. As our children become more entrenched in sports, their nutritional needs take center stage. At the same time, Chad and Jessi's evolving focus on healthy aging reminds us of the ever-changing nature of wellness. Through it all, our underlying mission remains the same: to prime our bodies for the best health and performance possible.

As a family, we stick to the 80/20 rule of plant-to-meat ratio for meals in a given week.
Chad - 46,000
Chad has a balanced approach to his diet, making sure to consume a moderate amount of fruits and vegetables daily. He's diligent about his hydration, drinking at least 8 cups of water every day, though he also has a love for coffee, sipping on 20-25 oz daily. When it comes to supplements, Chad incorporates a K2/D3 supplement, creatine, a multivitamin, probiotic, and green tea extract into his routine. His lifestyle is quite active but comes with its share of stress. Between his job, family commitments, and regular sun exposure, he experiences moderate to high-stress levels. To counterbalance this and stay fit, Chad hits the gym for weightlifting sessions 2-3 times a week, enjoys a daily walk—more or less—and gets his adrenaline pumping with racquetball matches 1-3 times a week. Physically, Chad stands at 5'11" and weighs 170 lbs, with a BMI hovering between 23 and 24.
Jessi - 40,000
Jessi has a fairly balanced dietary approach, making an effort to eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables. However, she admits to possibly drinking a bit less than the recommended daily amount of water. Her coffee intake is around 16 ounces a day. For the past few years, her supplement routine has been comprehensive, including a women's multivitamin, 250 mg of Magnesium, 100 mg of CoQ10, 28 mg of Iron, 2000 mg of Fish Oil, 1000 mg of Vitamin C, 400 mg of Turmeric, 1000 mg of Passion Flower, and a 768 mg Probiotic that boasts 80 billion live cultures. In terms of lifestyle, Jessi experiences a moderate level of stress, primarily due to work and consistent sun exposure. She's devoted to her fitness, with strength training and HIIT being staples, complemented by yoga sessions for recovery. She also tries to incorporate a 45-minute walk once a week. Physically, Jessi is 5'8" tall and weighs around 130 lbs.
Lincoln - 37,000
Lincoln has a moderate dietary approach, ensuring he gets some fruits and vegetables, although he might not always meet the recommended daily water intake. In terms of supplements, he takes children's multivitamins and probiotics to give his health an added boost. This past summer, he was the epitome of outdoor activity, often seen fishing, bouncing on the trampoline, or engaging in backyard sports with his buddies. Physically, Lincoln stands at 5’6” and weighs approximately 125 lbs. His active lifestyle has rewarded him with a notably athletic and toned build.
Aria - 43,000
Aria stands out in the family for her impressive consumption of fruits and veggies, although her water intake can be a bit unpredictable. To ensure she's getting the nutrients she needs, she takes children's multivitamins and probiotics. Over the summer, Aria's schedule was packed with various camps and she was often seen having a blast with her friends. On top of that, she took the initiative to go on occasional jogs around the neighborhood. In terms of her physique, Aria stands at a petite 5’ but packs a punch with her athletic and toned build, weighing in at about 80 lbs.
